 If you are contacting us regarding a warranty claim,  we require the following information: 

    1. Proof of purchase from Franke or Kindred Authorized Retailer
    2. Original purchaser’s name, address (including city, province and postal code), email address and phone number
    3. Kindred model number
    4. Date of installation
    5. Description of the defect
    6. Photos of the defect (please attach to form)
