Franke Kindred Canada Limited - Limited Buyer Warranty for Residential Sinks

Kindred brand sinks are guaranteed against defects in material or workmanship for any normal domestic purpose for which it is intended - in the case of Stainless Steel and Granite for as long as you own your sink. Should your sink prove defective for normal domestic purposes, Franke Kindred Canada Limited will provide to you a replacement sink of an equivalent model free of charge, provided the sink you own had been installed and maintained in accordance with instructions provided by Kindred Industries.

All costs of such replacement will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Franke Kindred Canada Limited will not liable if the sink has been:

 -Improperly installed
 -Used for abnormal purposes
 -Damaged resulting from abuse, such as heavy impact or dropped objects.

Franke Kindred Canada Limited shall not be liable for any inconvenience or expense for material or labour related to removal or replacement of the defective sink; nor for any loss or damage to any person or property resulting from the defective sink.

The exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages may vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction as do specific legal rights. The provisions of this warranty are non-transferable and not in modification of or subtraction from and applicable statutory warranties, rights or remissions.

Your defective sink must be returned to the place of purchase or contact Franke Kindred Canada Limited customer service for further instructions.

Franke Kindred Canada Limited - Limited Buyer Warranty for Accessories Kindred brand accessories including hardwood cutting boards, ABS colanders and trays, and stainless steel colanders, baskets and grids are guaranteed to be suitable for any normal domestic purpose for which they are intended and without defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase. Franke Kindred Canada Limited - Limited Buyer Warranty for Faucets Every Kindred brand faucet is guaranteed to be suitable for any normal domestic purpose for which it is intended and without defects in material or workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns their home, provided it has been installed and maintained according to Franke Kindred Canada Limited instructions. The only exception to this warranty shall be decorative faucet finish (non chrome plate) which shall be warranted for a period of two years from date of purchase. Franke Kindred Canada Limited - Limited Buyer Warranty for Commercial Sinks Every Kindred Commercial brand sink is guaranteed to be suitable for any normal purpose for which it is intended and without defects in material or workmanship for the following periods of time, provided is has been installed and maintained according to Franke Kindred Canada Limited instructions: • Stainless steel drop-in sinks (sections 2 - 4, 6 and 12 in the Kindred Commercial brand catalogue): 5 year warranty • Custom and fabricated products: (sections 5, 7 - 11, 13 and 14 in the Kindred Commercial brand catalogue): 1 year warranty Some provinces or states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you. If a sink is defective for normal purposes Franke Kindred Canada Limited will provide to the buyer free of charge a replacement sink of equal model. A sink can be repaired or replaced by returning it to the place of purchase. All costs of such replacement shall be borne by the buyer. Franke Kindred Canada Limited shall not be liable under this warranty where the sink has been used for abnormal purposes or improperly installed or has damage resulting from abuse such as heavy impact, dropped objects or otherwise. Franke Kindred Canada Limited shall not be liable for any inconvenience or expense for material or labour related to removal or replacement of the defective sink, or for any loss or damage to any person or property whatsoever resulting from the defective sink. Some provinces or states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. The provisions of this warranty are not transferable and are in addition to and not in modification of or subtraction from any applicable statutory warranties, rights or remedies. This warranty gives specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from province to province or state to state.
